Well life has been quite hectic lately. Trying to forage your way through the mysterious jungle of life, love, and the perfect career is no easy feat. I’d like to think I’ve got it all figured out but the truth is, I’m winging it.. just like the rest of them.

Lately, My mind has been stuck on the notion of change. I met a man who spoke of traveling to foreign lands, obsessed with the power of change. The Vision: To submerge yourself in another culture or environment so that your brain keeps expanding and adjusting; forcing itself to learn different ways of processing and perceiving situations. This welcoming outlook on change and ambivalence caused me to reflect on my own beliefs.

I believe it is important to experience a certain level of discomfort and uncertainty in life. Push yourself to the edge and redefine your limits. Make your peace with all the ambiguity and look towards the open road ahead. Learn to love those complicated, emotionally trying circumstances, because it’s during those times that we are able to practice adaptability, self acceptance, and ultimately discover our inner strength.

Until next time, xx.
